Shipping Policy
All of our orders are lovingly shipped for FREE via Express Postage.
We endeavour to dispatch each curation within 48 hours of order. Some packages may contain components with slightly longer lead times, and this will be indicated at the time of order.

If you are working to a strict timeline, please email us PRIOR to order, and we will confirm we can accomodate your selected package delivery by your required deadline.
Return & Exchange Policy
Due to the nature of our packages, we cannot issue returns/refunds for orders that have been delivered. However, if any portion of your order is missing or damaged in transit, we will provide replacement components promptly once approved by Customer Service.
If you wish to cancel an order, or change your selected package, please email us within 24 hours of order and we will be able to action this for you. Packages that have been delivered cannot be exchanged for other styles from our Collection.
